iConquer Überblick
iConquer ist ein Spiel zur Welteroberung, das von 1 bis 6 Spielern gespielt wird. Ziel des Spiels ist es, die Welt zu erobern, indem man alle Länder auf der Karte besetzt.
iConquer nutzt die Aqua-Oberfläche und das Quartz-Grafiksystem voll aus und zeigt visuelle Effekte wie Transparenz, Schatten und Kantenglättung. Das Spiel wird auf einer detaillierten Karte gespielt, die aus einem NASA-Satellitenfoto erstellt wurde.
iConquer ermöglicht es bis zu 6 Spielern, über das Internet zu spielen. iConquer kann auch gegen Ihren Computer gespielt werden, wobei komplexe Algorithmen der künstlichen Intelligenz verwendet werden, um erbitterte Gegner zu simulieren.

Great game. Allowed to die. Kava Soft doesn't answer comments, or questions on the web site, the game can't be played on my Mac Pro, I've paid for a full new version of the game which won't play and paid for an upgrade which won't play. TERRIBLE NON EXISTENT service and customer support. Game might as well no longer exist.

I have owned iConquer 3 and 4. Recently bought a new iMac and wanted to transfer my license. There is a website portal for that but it doesn't work.
Weeks of emails to KavaSoft have resulted in nothing. No replies.
They are either out of business. Or they really don't care about the people who paid them money.
Either way, stay far, far away from this company.

(v2.4.6) Enjoy the game, though I can beat it most every time. I never had any stability problems. Don't care for the per-machine license though, my PM went poof and Apple gave me a MP as a replacement under AppleCare but now I can't play iConquer and I can't transfer the license because I bought it through MacHeist.
C'est la vie, it was fun while it lasted.

Anyone else having problems getting "Boss Mode" to work? The built-in help says to hit Command-E, but that doesn't do anything for me, and there's no menu item for it.
Not that I really care or anything. Just wanted to see what it looks like.

you know, i just bought v2.3.2 and it works fine... i had to get my license key a different way than the game told me to, but i got it from the kava page. before i found it i emailed kava and they did get back to me; and i had read lots of stuff like this saying to stay away, that they dont respond and all theres no support and all this. but theyve been replying to me. they "asked" me to upgrade to v2.4.5, but i dunno if i can upgrade for free. i asked but i havent gotten a reply yet. so we'll see what they say about that. im guessing not... anyone done this succesfully? also ive been looking for more maps for 2.3.2 but not suprisingly im not finding any... any tips? im not a programmer so i cant really make any, just wondering if anyone knows where to DL some perhaps.
